Coroner Identify Victim In Fatal Crash on Sierra Avenue near Karen Lane in Jurupa Valley as Ledesma Quintero

Jurupa Valley, California (March 24, 2020) – The Riverside County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who was killed Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Jurupa Valley.

Ledesma Quintero, 48, of Fontana, died in the accident that took place at about 6:52 a.m. Monday, March 23 on Sierra Avenue, just north of Karen Lane.

Authorities said two vehicles collided on Sierra Avenue for undetermined reasons.

Firefighters along with paramedics responded and pronounced Quintero dead at the scene. The other driver was trapped in the wreckage before he was freed by the firefighters, and the paramedics took him to a hospital with minor injuries.

Both drivers were the sole occupants of their cars.

Alcohol or drugs were not considered a factor in the crash.
