Julio Perez Killed in San Jose Pedestrian Accident near Bernal Road and Realm Drive

San Jose, California (May 29, 2020) – 37-year-old Julio Perez, of San Jose, has been identified as the victim who died following a pedestrian accident that happened late Tuesday night in San Jose, the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office reported.

According to San Jose Police, Perez was crossing the street near Bernal Road and Realm Drive when a Honda Accord hit him just before midnight. A Nissan Frontier also reportedly hit Perez in the process.

Perez was rushed to the hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
