25-Jose Garcia Dies in Bakersfield Motorcycle Accident on Ming Avenue P Street

Bakersfield, California (December 13, 2019) – Police officers have identified the person who was killed in a motorcycle crash on Thursday afternoon in Bakersfield, as 25-year-old Jose Garcia, police said.

The deadly collision occurred at about 1:00 p.m. December 12, on Ming Avenue near P Street.

According to authorities, Garcia was riding a motorcycle when he rear-ended a mail truck on Ming Avenue.

Garcia was gravely injured and pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

No other injuries were reported in the wreck.

Police officers are still investigating the crash.
