Ivan Phillips Seriously Injured in Dos Palos Truck Crash on Highway 152 and Flanagan Road

Dos Palos, California (January 27, 2020) – Ivan Phillips, 61, of Oakland, was among two people injured Friday morning in a traffic accident involving a pair of trucks in Dos Palos.

The wreck occurred at around 8:00 a.m. Friday, January 24 on Highway 152 and Flanagan Road.

According to the report, a 2003 Kenworth truck was heading southbound on Flanagan Road and was attempting to cross Highway 152 when it collided with an eastbound 2019 Freightliner driven by Phillips.

Phillips was trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated by firefighters. He was then transported to a hospital in Modesto with serious injuries.

Delgado sustained minor injuries.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
