Minor Injuries Suffered in Sacramento Car Accident on Capital City Freeway
Sacramento, California (March 22, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Saturday afternoon crash involving four vehicles that resulted in minor injuries.
The accident happened at about 2:43 p.m. on eastbound Capital City Freeway near the midtown connector.
According to the police logs, four vehicles collided on the freeway for unknown reasons. A green kayak was spotted traveling in the middle of No. 3 lane of eastbound Capital City Freeway near S Street.
An undisclosed number of parties sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash.
The Highways 50 and 99 were blocked following the crash. All lanes were reopened at around 3:30 p.m.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
