2 Killed in Hollister Car Accident on Frazer Lake Road near Bloomfield Avenue

Hollister, California (June 3, 2020) – A head-on collision claimed the lives of two people Tuesday morning in Hollister, the California Highway Patrol said.

The deadly collision occurred on Frazer Lake Road near Bloomfield Avenue at about 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 2.

According to the CHP, a Nissan Altima, driven by a 53-year-old man, was traveling on Frazer Lake Road when it crashed into a guardrail.

The Altima then drifted into oncoming traffic, where it collided with a Nissan Frontier, driven by a 37-year-old man.

Both drivers died in the crash. Their names have not been released pending notification of next of kin.

The accident remains under investigation.
