Pedestrian Struck and Possibly Hurt by Vehicle at Golden State Boulevard and Church Avenue in Fresno

Fresno, California (February 21, 2020) – The Fresno Police Department is investigating the cause of a pedestrian accident that happened in the area of southbound Golden State Boulevard on Friday morning.

As per the report, a pedestrian was hit by an unspecified vehicle at Golden State Boulevard and Church Avenue in Fresno at approximately 6:03 a.m.

The circumstances that lead to the collision were not immediately released at the time of the report.

Officials said there is a crosswalk at the intersection, and traffic lights control it.

The extent of injuries sustained in the wreck and the identity of the patient have not yet been released to this time.

The accident remains under an active investigation.
