2 Officers Injured in Fresno Car Accident at Fresno and M Streets
Fresno, California (February 4, 2020) – Two officers sustained minor injuries following a traffic collision triggered by an alleged DUI driver in the area of Fresno on Sunday.
The two-vehicle collision happened at Fresno and M Streets on February 2.
According to a local news source, a police-marked vehicle was hit by an alleged drunk driver who was driving against a red light.
The initial report indicated that the patrol car was leaving the jail at Fresno and M Streets after dropping off a prisoner at the time of the collision.
Two officers riding in the police vehicle sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The current condition and the identities of the patients have not yet been released to this time.
