1 Killed in Head-On Collision on Coloma Road in Rancho Cordova

Rancho Cordova, California (April 1, 2020) – Two vehicles collided head-on Wednesday afternoon in Rancho Cordova, killing at least one person, the California Highway Patrol reported.

As per the CHP report, the fatal crash involved a possible white BMW sedan and a red sedan and happened at about 3:43 p.m. on 6241 Coloma Road.

At least one person died in the collision, authorities said. It remained unclear if there were other parties injured in the crash.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash and the responsible party.
