45-Year-Old Man Killed in Bicycle Accident in Buena Park

Buena Park, California (December 10, 2019) – The Buena Park Police Department is investigating the cause of a bicycle accident that resulted in the death of a male victim on Monday night in Buena Park.

The collision happened at an undisclosed intersection at approximately 10:21 p.m. December 9.

Police said a 45-year-old man was hit by a vehicle of unspecified built while riding his bicycle at an intersection for reasons still under an active investigation.

Paramedics responded to the scene shortly after the crash and transported the bicyclist to UC Irvine Medical Center in Orange for treatment of injuries sustained in the wreck.

The patient was sadly pronounced dead at about 11:08 p.m. the same night.

The investigation is still ongoing.
