2 People Injured after 2 Vehicles Collides on East Mission Road and Pamela Lane in Fallbrook

Fallbrook, California (April 15, 2020) – Two people were hospitalized Tuesday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash in Fallbrook, the California Highway Patrol reported.

Shortly before 2:20 p.m., emergency personnel responded to East Mission Road near Pamela Lane for a report of a motor vehicle accident.

The CHP said a Kia sedan and a Ford F350 pickup pulling a trailer, were traveling in opposite directions on East Mission Road when they sideswiped each other for undetermined reasons.

Two people in the Kia were taken to Palomar Medical Center in Escondido with non-life threatening injuries. The names of the patients and their condition were not immediately released.

Both vehicles were towed away from the scene of the accident.

Authorities closed two lanes of East Mission during the investigation.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
