Elderly Pedestrian Hit, Injured by Vehicle on 110 Freeway in Los Angeles

Elderly Man Injured in Los Angeles Pedestrian Crash on 110 Freeway near 6th Street

Los Angeles, California (February 3, 2020) – An elderly man was injured after being struck by a vehicle in downtown Los Angeles Sunday night, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The crash occurred on 110 Freeway near the 6th Street exit at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday, February 2.

The elderly man was hit by a vehicle while he was waking on the 110 Freeway, the CHP report states.

The man sustained unspecified injuries in the crash. His name and current condition were not immediately available.

The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

No other details about the accident were given.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
