Charles Oliver Injured in Vehicle Crash on Avenue 256 in Tulara 

Charles Oliver Hospitalized after Fatal Tulara Crash on Avenue 256

Tulare County, California (January 14, 2020) – 69-year-old Charles Oliver, has been identified as the driver injured in a fatal vehicle accident on Monday afternoon in Tulare, police said.

The Crash was reported at around 4:00 p.m. January 13, on Avenue 256, and the intersection of Road 108.

Authorities said a 2002 Chevrolet was traveling on Avenue 256 and stopped at the intersection. A 1999 Ford driven by Oliver was approaching from the south, and for unknown reasons, the driver of the Chevrolet entered the intersection and was struck by Ford.

The driver of the Chevrolet was severely injured and was transported to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

Oliver was injured and transported to Kaweah Delta Medical Center with minor injuries.

No other details of the crash were immediately released.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
