72-Year-Old Carlos Lezama ID’d Man Killed in Pacoima Train Accident on San Fernando Road near Paxton Street

Pacoima, California (December 8, 2019) – 72-year-old Carlos Lezama, of Van Nuys, has been identified as the man who was struck and killed by a train on Saturday evening in Pacoima, according to a police report.

The fatal crash was reported at around 6:00 p.m December 7, at 11130 North San Fernando Road near Paxton Street.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department Spokesman, Carlos was struck by a Metrolink train for reasons still under investigation. 

Carlos was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The crash is still under investigation.
