Brescia Ayon ID’d as Woman Killed in San Diego Pedestrian Accident at Otay Mesa Road and Otay Mesa Center Road
San Diego, California (March 6, 2020) – Authorities have identified Brescia Ayon, 21, of Tijuana, as the woman who was killed in an auto-pedestrian accident on Thursday morning in San Diego.
The crash happened at about 9:15 a.m., March 5, at Otay Mesa Road and Otay Mesa Center Road
A westbound Nissan Altima struck Ayon while she was walking across Otay Mesa Road, according to the police.
Ayon was pronounced dead at the scene.
The authorities closed Otay Mesa Road between Brittania Boulevard and La Media Road following the accident.
More details about the crash were not available.
The crash remains under investigation.
