22-Year-Old Lenore Robertson Killed in Chico Car Collision at West 8th and Broadway Streets

Chico, California (April 11, 2020) – 22-year-old Lenore Robertson, of Chico, has been identified as the victim who died following a two-vehicle collision that took place in the area of Chico at about 5:00 a.m. Thursday.

As per the report, two vehicles of unspecified type collided Thursday morning at the intersection of West Eighth and Broadway streets after Robertson ran a red light.

Sadly, Robertson was pronounced deceased at the crash site.

Two female passengers riding in Robertson’s vehicle were hospitalized with unspecified injuries.

There were no other people injured in the wreck including the 24-year-old man driving the second vehicle and his passenger

The second motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the law.

The accident remains under an active investigation.
