At Least 1 Killed in Head-On Crash on Highway 33 in Stanislaus County

Fatal Multi-Vehicle Crash in Stanislaus County on Highway 33

Stanislaus County, California (January 9, 2020) – At least one person was reportedly killed after multiple vehicles collided on Thursday afternoon at around 12:14 p.m. in Stanislaus County, police said.

The deadly crash was reported on Highway 33 near Grayson at West Stanislaus Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a semi-truck, a white sedan, and an SUV were involved in the collision.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

The entire roadway was blocked by vehicles involved in the crash.

No other injuries were immediately reported.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the crash.
