At Least 1 Hurt in Thermal Truck Collision on Highway 86 Monday
Thermal Car Accident on Highway 86 at Sunrise Drive
Thermal, California (April 13, 2020) – Authorities responded to the scene of a major injury collision that occurred Monday morning in Thermal.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash took place at about 8:40 a.m. on eastbound Highway 86 at Sunrise Drive.
A Coachella Valley Water District truck collided with a white Ford Explorer, according to CHP.
Paramedics responded to the scene and transported at least one person to the hospital. The victim sustained major injuries.
Tow trucks were needed to remove the vehicles from the crash scene.
