Antonio Mosqueda Killed in Truck Accident on Highway 99 in Galt

Antonio Mosqueda among 2 Killed in Galt Crash on Highway 99

Galt, California (January 29, 2020) – 33-year-old Antonio Mosqueda of Mexico has been identified as one of the two men killed in crash on Tuesday morning in Galt, police said.

The collision took place at about 7:00 a.m. January 28, on Highway 99 between Twin Cities and Ayers Lane.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a FedEx semi-truck and two other semi-trucks were involve din the collision for reasons still under investigation.

Paramedics responded to the crash, and two people, among them, Antonio Mosqueda, were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.

No other details of the crash were immediately released.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
