Alex Martinez Struck and Killed by Vehicle on San Juan Grade Road in Salinas
Boy Killed in Salinas Pedestrian Crash on San Juan Grade Road ID’d as Alex Martinez
Salinas, California (February 25, 2020) – 14-Year-old Alex Martinez died following Salinas pedestrian accident that happened on February 20 on San Juan Grade Road.
As per the report, Martinez was hit by a car while he was attempting to run across San Juan Grade Road at approximately 10:19 p.m. on Thursday.
The initial report indicated that Martinez got out of a parked car before he was hit by the vehicle.
Sadly, Martinez was pronounced deceased at an area hospital where he was admitted after the accident.
Police said the operator of the involved vehicle stopped after hitting Martinez and cooperated with the law.
Meanwhile, the accident remains under an active investigation.
