Laura White Killed in Garden Grove Pedestrian Accident at Valley View Street and Lampson Avenue

Garden Grove, California (April 23, 2020) – Authorities have identified 64-year-old Laura White as the victim who died following a pedestrian accident at an intersection in Garden Grove Wednesday morning.

Laura was crossing the intersection of Valley View Street and Lampson Avenue when a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado struck her at around 6:45 a.m.

The Chevrolet driver, a 39-year-old man, was reportedly making a right turn to head east at the time of the collision.

Laura, a resident of Garden Grove, was pronounced dead at the crash site by Orange County Fire Authority officials along with medical personnel.

The Silverado operator remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.

An investigation is underway.
