4 Hospitalized after Porterville Accident on Main Street

Porterville , California (January 13, 2020) – Four people were injured after vehicles collided on Friday night in Fresno, as per a police report.

The crash took place at around 11:00 p.m. January 10, on Gibbons near Main Street.

According to Porterville police, a vehicle traveling westbound on Gibbons, approaching Main Street, passed a stop sign and collided with a 2016 Mercedes.

Four people were injured in the crash, and they were taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police said alcohol played a role in the crash.

The DUI driver was arrested, and police are reviewing the case to determine what charges the driver will face.

No other details of the crash were immediately released.

The investigation into the crash is still underway.
