2 Seriously Injured in 3-Car Crash on Shiloh and Day Roads in Windsor

63-Year-Old Woman, 37-Year-Old Man Hospitalized after Windsor Car Crash on Shiloh and Day Roads in Windsor

Windsor, California (March 11, 2020) – Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday morning in Windsor, according to police.

The crash happened on Shiloh and Day roads near WorldMark resort, at about 7:35 a.m., on March 10.

A silver Pontiac Grand Am, driven by a 63-year-old woman, was turning left onto Shiloh Road when, for unknown reasons, it was struck by a pickup truck driven by a 56-year-old male driver of Lincoln, according to the police.

Due to the collision, the Pontiac spun in the middle of the roadway and crashed head-on into a black Nissan Sentra traveling east on the roadway.

The 63-year-old woman and a 37-year-old man driving the Nissan were taken to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.

Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, Mr. Arin Khodaverdian believes that car accident claims are rarely straightforward regardless of the circumstances involved. “Liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim and it is crucial, therefore, to have an experienced attorney on your side,” He said.

Mr. Khodaverdian has worked for many years as a wrongful death and personal injury attorney. He and his team of attorneys have helped thousands of injury victims and their families recover over $100 million in compensation. “In one case, we recovered a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim who was killed by a negligent driver.”

Swift action by an experienced attorney helps preserve evidence, interview witnesses, and begin to pursue those responsible for the incident.

Mr. Khodaverdian is personally available for free consultations 24/7 by calling 866-773-0222.
