CHP Investigating Fatal Wilmington Big Rig Collision on Pacific Coast Highway
Wilmington, California (June 25, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that led to a fatal two-vehicle collision on Pacific Coast Highway in Wilmington at around 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
Two people died after a big rig slammed into the rear of another vehicle in the 2000 block of Pacific Coast Highway Thursday morning.
Pending notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
Limited details regarding the accident were released at the time of the report.
The CHP is still investigating to determine the cause of the mishap.
