2 Killed in Highway 680 Accident near Bernal Avenue in Pleasanton
Pleasanton, California (April 17, 2020) – Two people died following a traffic crash that happened Friday morning in Pleasanton, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
A car and two big rigs collided in the southbound lanes of Interstate Highway 680 at Bernal Avenue, the CHP report states.
According to the CHP, two people were killed in the accident. The names of the victims were withheld pending notification of next of kin.
No other injuries were immediately reported.
The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
