Man Hospitalized after Santa Barbara Pedestrian Crash on State Street and Calle Palo Colorado

Santa Barbara, California (December 11, 2019) – A 16-year-old man was struck and injured by a vehicle on Tuesday night in Santa Barbara, according to Santa Barbara Police.

The crash was reported at around 7:45 p.m.December 1o, near State Street and Calle Palo Colorado.

The Santa Barbara City Fire Department said a vehicle that was traveling northbound struck the man who was walking on the street.

The man sustained minor injuries and was transported to the nearby hospital for treatment.

No other details of the crash were immediately released.

Santa Barbara Police are investigating the cause of the collision.
