One Person Killed in Otay Mesa 2-Vehicle Crash on State Route 905

Otay Mesa, California – One person was killed in Otay Mesa two-vehicle crash that happened on the State Route 905 at around 5:15 am on Friday.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a driver was traveling eastbound on State Route 905 when the vehicle crashed into the sign colliding with another car.

The accident happened near the Caliente Avenue off-ramp and one person was killed in the crash.

The second driver was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.

The case of collision is under investigation of the California Highway Police.
