1 Killed in Bell Gardens Pedestrian Accident on Jaboneria Road

Pedestrian Hit and Killed by Vehicle on Jaboneria Road in Bell Gardens

Bell Gardens, California (February 20, 2020) – A pedestrian died following a traffic collision that took place in the area of Bell Gardens at about 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday, according to Bell Gardens Police Department. 

The fatal pedestrian crash was reported on February 19, in the 6600 block of Jaboneria Road.

As per the report, the unidentified pedestrian was struck by a vehicle of unspecified type that was heading south on Jaboneria Road from Loveland Street on Wednesday evening.

The initial report showed that the pedestrian walked out between parked vehicles and onto the roadway at the time of the collision. 

Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics arrived at the scene and found the victim pinned under the involved vehicle.

The patient died at an area hospital where he was admitted after the crash.

The involved motorist remained at the scene and cooperated with the law.

Meanwhile, the identity of the deceased has not yet been released to this time.

The investigation is underway.
