1 Killed After 2 Vehicles Crash at Los Angeles Avenue and La Cumbre Road in Ventura County
Somis 2-Vehicle Collision at Los Angeles Avenue and La Cumbre Road Kills 1 Victim
Somis, California (May 27, 2020) – One person died after two vehicles collided at about 8:45 a.m. May 26, in the area of Somis, Ventura County.
The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish the circumstances that led to the Tuesday morning collision at Los Angeles Avenue and La Cumbre Road.
The vehicles caught fire upon the impact, but it was quickly extinguished.
Sadly, one person died in the accident. Pending notification of next of kin, the identity of the deceased remained undisclosed.
No additional information about the mishap was provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
