1 Injured in Pedestrian Collision at Coachella Intersection

Pedestrian Hurt in Coachella Pedestrian Crash at Frederick Street and Jalisco Avenue

Coachella, California (January 10, 2020) – A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle a while before 5:59 p.m. Thursday, January 9, according to the authorities.

The Coachella pedestrian crash happened at the Frederick Street and Jalisco Avenue intersection.

Responding emergency crews along with medical personnel rushed the victim to an area medical center. The patient’s name and their current condition were not provided.

The driver was unhurt in the collision. The motorist did not flee the scene and cooperated with officials.

An investigation is in progress.
