Employee Injured in Santa Cruz Car Accident at N Branciforte and Soquel Avenues

Santa Cruz, California (January 16, 2020) – One person was injured after a vehicle crashed through a wall of a business in Santa Cruz Wednesday afternoon, according to a local news source.

The accident happened at around 1:51 p.m. Wednesday, January 15 in the parking lot between N Branciforte and Soquel avenues.

According to authorities, a red SUV was parking in the area when the driver accidentally stepped on the accelerator and went through the exterior wall of the Bay Photo Lab.

One employee who was inside the building sustained minor injuries in the crash. The name and condition of the patient at this time remained undisclosed.
