Woman Sustained Major Injuries in Pedestrian Accident on Logan Avenue near South 46th Street in Mountain View

Mountain View Pedestrian Crash on Logan Avenue near South 46th Street Resulted in Serious Injuries 

Mountain View, California (December 6, 2019) – The San Diego police department is investigating the cause of a pedestrian collision that resulted in serious injuries to a 59-year-old female party in Mountain View on Thursday evening.

The major injury crash happened on Logan Avenue near South 46th Street shortly before 6:00 p.m. December 5.

As per the report, a Subaru Outback driven by a 65-year-old party east on Logan Avenue hit the woman who was running across the street.

The pedestrian reportedly suffered serious facial fractures, and a fractured and separated pelvis in the crash.

Police said the Subaru driver stopped after hitting the victim and cooperated with the investigation.

Neither drugs nor alcohol were suspected factors in the accident. An investigation into the crash is underway.
