Female Passenger Killed in Menifee Truck Accident on Cassandra Drive and Mountain View Place
Menifee, California (May 16, 2020) – A passenger was killed in a crash involving an off-road vehicle and a truck on Thursday night in Menifee, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
The police responded to the fatal crash in the area of Cassandra Drive and Mountain View Place, at about 9:40 p.m., on May 14.
According to authorities, a Ford F-350 truck, for unknown reasons, collided with an off-road vehicle on the roadway. The manner at which the crash happened is yet to be established.
The female passenger in the off-road vehicle sustained major injuries and later succumbed to her injuries. Her identity was not disclosed.
No other injuries were reported in the accident.
More details about the crash were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
