Fresno Pedestrian Accident on Golden State Boulevard Near Church Avenue Critically Hurt 1 Victim
Fresno, California (February 24, 2020) – A female party sustained critical injuries, and her dog died following a pedestrian collision that took place in the area of Fresno at about 6:00 a.m. on February 22.
According to a local news source, the woman was hit by a car on Golden State Boulevard near Church Avenue Saturday morning.
Officials said the woman was trying to save her dog at the time of the collision.
The victim suffered critical injuries following the wreck. Paramedics rendered aid to the patient and then transported her to an area hospital for further treatment. The initial report indicated that the patient sustained serious injuries to her leg and head.
The dog died following the wreck.
More details about the accident will be released immediately after the completion of the investigation.
