Tina Slatten among 2 Killed in Lake Elsinore Accident on Railroad Canyon Road near Newport Road
Lake Elsinore, California (January 27, 2020) – 58-year-old Tina Slatten, of Lake Elsinore, has been identified as one of the two sisters killed when multiple vehicles collided on Friday, at around 10:04 p.m. in Lake Elsinore, as per a police report.
The crash took place on Railroad Canyon Road near Newport Road, according to authorities.
The Riverside County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Bureau said Slatten died at the Riverside University Health System Medical Center following a crash that involved three vehicles.
Slatten’s sister was also killed in the crash. Their mother suffered severe injuries and was hospitalized in critical condition.
No other details of the crash were immediately released.
Police are investigating the circumstances under which the crash occurred.
