Terrence Griffin Dies after Train Accident on Edison Highway in Bakersfield

Terrence Griffin ID’d as Pedestrian Killed in Bakersfield Train Crash on Edison Highway near Morning Drive

Bakersfield, California (April 3, 2020) – A man was struck and killed by a train on Thursday morning in Bakersfield, according to police.

The deadly crash happened at about 8:19 a.m. April 2, on Edison Highway east of Morning Drive.

The police said Terrence Letrey Griffin, 26, was hit by a train on the railroads. The circumstances that led to the accident were yet to be known.

Griffin died at the scene as a result of the crash.

More information about the accident was not disclosed.

The crash remains under investigation.
