Gerber Rollover Crash at Gyle and Rawson Roads Seriously Injures 1

Geber, California (May 24, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that led to a two-vehicle collision at Gyle Road and Rawson Road in Geber at approximately 10:42 a.m. Sunday morning.

One person was hospitalized with serious injuries after a silver Honda Civic and a Mazda RX-8 collided at the Geber intersection Sunday morning.

Due to the impact, the Mazda overturned, and one person was pinned inside.

The trapped victim was extricated from the wreckage by firefighters using the Jaws of Life.

The current condition and the identity of the injured party have not yet been released thus far.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
