Santa Ana Bus Accident at St. Andrew Place and Standard Avenue Injured 5 

5 Hospitalized After Santa Ana Car Crash at St. Andrew Place and Standard Avenue

Santa Ana, California (January 17, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of Santa Ana traffic collision that sent five victims to the hospital on Friday morning.

The crash involving a bus happened in the area of St. Andrew Place and Standard Avenue at approximately 8:00 a.m.

As per the CHP report, the accident involved an Orange County Transit Authority bus and an SUV.

The initial report indicated that the bus crashed into the SUV for reasons still under an active investigation.

Four people riding in the bus and the SUV operator were rushed to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

Limited details regarding the wreck have been released to this time.

The CHP is still investigating the cause of the accident.
