3 Hurt in Rancho Mirage Multi-Vehicle Accident at Highway 111 and Country Club Drive

Rancho Mirage, California (January 14, 2020) – According to a local news source, three people were hurt in a multi-vehicle collision that took place in the area of Rancho Mirage at around 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

According to Riverside County Fire Department, the five-vehicle crash took place in the area of Highway 111 and Country Club Drive near Cam Del Cerro on January 14.

The circumstances that lead to the collision of the five vehicles at the intersection were not disclosed.

A total of eleven victims were attended to by firefighters along with the paramedics who responded to the site shortly after the wreck.

Two people were confirmed to have sustained moderate injuries while a third victim had minor wounds as a result of the crash.

Officials said five of the involved victims were not injured, and the remaining three declined medical aid.

Meanwhile, the identities and the current condition of the patient have not yet been released to this time.

The investigation is still ongoing.
