Psyoth Sao Hit, Killed by DUI Driver on Coffee Road in Modesto

Psyoth Sao Killed in Modesto Pedestrian Accident on Coffee Road and Ensenada Drive

Modesto, California (February 16, 2020) – Authorities have identified the pedestrian who died after being hit by a driver under the influence of drugs Saturday night in Modesto as Psyoth Sao, 36.

The crash happened in the area of Coffee Road and Ensenada Drive at around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, February 16.

According to authorities, a 2015 Nissan Sentra was heading southbound on Coffee Road when it struck Sao, who was in the roadway.

Sao died at the scene.

The driver of the Nissan, Larry Lindsey, was arrested for driving under the influence of a narcotic.
