One Killed in San Jose Pedestrian Crash on Interstate 880

San Jose, California – A San Jose Pedestrian Crash killed one person on Tuesday morning on the Old Bayshore Highway on-ramp to southbound Interstate 880, the CHP stated.

At around 6:25 am, the report of the accident was received by the authorities when a pedestrian was killed involving two vehicles.

Following the accident, the driver of the first vehicle fled the scene however the second motorcyclist stayed at the scene.

The man who was killed at the accident scene was identified in his 50s.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident.
