Pedestrian Killed in Northwest Bakersfield Accident at Coffee and Hageman Roads

Bakersfield, California – Following a Northwest Bakersfield accident that occurred at McDonald’s located on Coffee and Hageman Roads on Sunday night, a pedestrian was killed.

The accident took place shortly before 10:30 pm at the restaurant’s drive-through according to the Bakersfield Police Department.

The victim was reportedly a transient who was lying in the drive-thru and was run over by a vehicle.

One officer responded to the accident by lifting the vehicle to rescue the pedestrian, sadly the victim died at the scene.

No further information was released.

The accident is under investigation by the Bakersfield Police Department.
