Fatal Harbor City Pedestrian Accident on South Vermont Avenue

Harbor City, California (December 10, 2019) – The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating the cause of a traffic collision that resulted in the death of a pedestrian on Monday evening in Harbor City.

The fatal collision, which happened at about 6:30 p.m. on December 9, occurred in the 25700 block of South Vermont, between Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Village Drive.

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on the highway for reasons still under an active investigation.

The unidentified victim was sadly pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.

Officials affirmed the operator of the involved vehicle stopped and cooperated with the law.
