Pedestrian Dies after Cathedral City Accident on Ramon Road

Cathedral City, California (January 28, 2020) – One person was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Monday night in Cathedral City, according to the police.

The crash occurred on Ramon Road on January 27.

Police said the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at about 8:00 p.m.

It was not immediately known how the accident occurred.

The pedestrian died at the scene.

As a result of the crash, the traffic between Sky Blue Water Trail and Avenida El Mundo was closed for a while.

The crash remains under investigation.
