Highway 101 Pedestrian Crash near Ellis Street in Mountain View
Mountain View, California (May 7, 2020) – A pedestrian was hospitalized with serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle Thursday at about 7:24 a.m. on Highway 101 near Ellis Street in Mountain View, authorities said.
Authorities responded to the scene to find the victim with a broken right leg.
A white BMW and a white tow truck were blocking the right lane. According to the report, the victim was possibly the driver of the tow truck.
The patient was transported to Stanford Hospital for treatment.
There were no details given about the driver of the car that hit the pedestrian.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
