Olin Huckabee Killed in 2-Car Crash at Palm Avenue and Clinton Avenue in Fresno

Olin Huckabee Dies after Fresno Car Accident at Palm Avenue and Clinton Avenue

Fresno, California (April 20, 2020) – Olin Huckabee, 55, of Fresno, has been identified as the person who was killed after a high-speed police pursuit resulted in a crash on Thursday afternoon in Fresno, according to police.

The deadly crash happened at about 4:30 p.m., on April 16, at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Clinton Avenue.

Shane Stone, 42, of Fresno, was spotted driving a vehicle with expired registration in the area of Roeding Park. The police tried to pull over Stone, but he fled off.

Stone reportedly ran a red light at the intersection and unfortunately struck Huckabee’s vehicle. Huckabee was driving westbound on Clinton Avenue and was preparing to turn southbound onto Palm Avenue at the time.

Both Huckabee and Stone succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

An investigation into the crash is underway.

Managing Partner and CEO Alpine Law Group, Mr. Arin Khodaverdian believes that car accident claims are rarely straightforward regardless of the circumstances involved. “Liable insurance companies will often do everything possible to limit their out-of-pocket expenses by either devaluing or outright denying your claim and it is crucial, therefore, to have an experienced attorney on your side,” He said.

Mr. Khodaverdian has worked for many years as a wrongful death and personal injury attorney. He and his team of attorneys has helped thousands of injury victims and their families recover over $100 million in compensation. “In one case, we recovered a 7-figure settlement within 11 business days of being hired by the family of a victim who was killed by a negligent driver.”

Swift action by an experienced attorney helps preserve evidence, interview witnesses, and begin to pursue those responsible for the incident.
