Nou Yang Killed in Fresno Hit-And-Run Accident on Saturday Night

Fresno, California – Following the Fresno hit-and-run accident that happened on Saturday night, the man who was killed has been identified as Nou Yang, 62 of Fresno, the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office stated.

On September 12, just before 7:20 pm, Yang was pushing his granddaughter with a stroller when he was hit by a vehicle, according to the Fresno police.

The accident occurred near Clinton and Weber avenues and the driver who hit Yang fled the scene.

Yang was taken to the hospital but he was declared dead. However, a 4-year-old child sustained minor bruises.

According to the police, the suspect was driving a white 2018-2019 Nissan Maxima or Altima that may have sustained front end damage.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
