1 Sustains Major Head Injury in Needles 2-Vehicle Collision on Interstate 40 Freeway 

Needles, California (April 4, 2020) – A two-vehicle crash that happened in the area of Needles Friday morning sent one person to the hospital, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The accident involved a silver, 2-door Toyota Solara and a dark-colored, 4-door SUV that collided on the Interstate 40 Freeway, just west of Highway 95 at about 10:15 a.m.

One of the involved vehicles appeared damaged upon the impact.

One person was airlifted to the hospital with a major head injury after the wreck.

The CHP is still investigating to identify the cause of the accident.
