Authorities Identify Pedestrian Killed in Harbor City Accident on South Vermont Avenue as Nai Wen Fan

Harbor City, California (December 13, 2019) – Authorities have identified the pedestrian who died after being hit by a vehicle Monday evening in the area of Harbor City as Nai Wen Fan, 68, of Harbor City.

The deadly accident took place at about 6:30 p.m. Monday, December 9 in the 25700 block of South Vermont, between Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Village Drive.

According to the authorities, Fan was hit by a silver Hyundai 4 runner while he was walking on the highway.

Fan was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Hyundai driver stopped at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
