Rider Killed I-405 Motorcycle Crash near Roscoe Boulevard in North Hills

North Hills, California (May 15, 2020) – One person died in a North Hills motorcycle crash that happened Thursday at about 7:00 p.m. on 405 Freeway near Roscoe Boulevard.

According to the Los Angeles police and fire departments, the motorcyclist collided with a Range Rover driver who fled the scene after the crash.

The accident happened in the southbound lanes of the freeway.

The victim was pronounced dead at the crash scene.

Authorities said the driver of the Range Rover fled the scene before police arrived.

LAPD and LAFD are investigating the incident.
